We stayed for one night only - unfortunately! We had a lovely big room which contained everything you need. It even had a wine fridge. Both the bedroom and bathroom were stunning. The barn itself is beautifully restored. We were very lucky with the weather and we sat outside in the courtyard with our coffees enjoying the surroundings and the tranquillity. Judy was a friendly host and even checked that we booked the nearby pub restaurant as it gets busy.

Breakfast was very good. Orange juice, freshly prepared fruit, a cooked breakfast of your choice and plenty of tea and toast. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

If you are looking for accommodation in this area do not hesitate to book Braid Barn, my wife and I stayed for the first time this weekend and found the accommodation to be far superior to what we expected, extremely clean and delightfully appointed. The breakfast quality was first class and the whole experience complimented by the welcoming owners June and Paul. The local pub in the village the Ferry Inn serves excellent food in a welcoming atmosphere. Don't hesitate to book Braid Barn if you are looking for an overnight or few days away in this location - first class.

Stayed one night, what a lovely experience, the room was really good with a nice tasteful decor and breakfast was all great quality produce, mostly sourced locally. The host was very friendly without being overbearing - just the right balance

We stayed for just one night whilst visiting Norfolk and wished we could have stayed for longer.
A warm friendly welcome, a gorgeous bedroom and bathroom in beautiful surroundings.
Just a short walk away from a local pub / restaurant on the river where we chose to eat.
Unfortunately after one too many glasses of wine the evening before, we missed breakfast but if it tasted as good as it smelt, it would have been pretty good!
Worth a stay for a luxury, quiet, relaxing getaway from it all!

I found Braid Barn almost by accident. I was looking for a B and B while visiting friends on the Norfolk Broads.

This is certainly one to revisit. The Hosts were lovely and friendly, breakfast was excellent. I even had double yolk eggs (not sure if this is guaranteed though!). The rooms are tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean.

Highly recommended. I'll be back as Arnie said.

Checked out this morning and really wished I could've stayed another night. From arrival to departure I could not fault this wonderful accomodation. This place is amazing value for money at around £85 per night with a fantastic breakfast consisting of unlimited tea/coffee, fruit juice, cereal, fruit bowl and cooked breakfast with toast and preserves. The room was faultless, very clean and everything you would need including hair dryer and hair straighteners ! The shower is brilliant and more importantly the bed is so comfy! The setting of this property is wonderful, so peaceful and tranquil. I will defiently be returning here again and would recommend this accomodation.

Room Tip: We stayed in the bamboo bedroom which has the added benefit of a private patio area.

We stayed in Braid Barn for 1 night during July. Let's be honest - this place is pretty difficult to find... Sat Nav eventually gave us the advantage, and we we're not dissapointed.

The Barn, set just outside of Stokesby is set in a lovely location, and being away from main roads was peaceful & quiet.

The rooms we're beautifully decorated with a modern/contemporary style and had all of the facilities we needed. The bathroom was clean & the effort that has been put into making this a "luxury" b&b was evident.

We found the hosts welcoming and helpful. The nights sleep peaceful, and the breakfast high quality & filling.

If you're looking for accomodation within easy reach of Great Yarmouth or Norwich this would be a perfect choice.
