The clean and tidy hotel is worth considering as it represents good value and is just a 5 mniute walk from the town square. Secure and private parking is available in their court yard at a costs of 11 euros per day. There is no food here, other then a continental breakfast and the bar is quiet and closes at 11:00pm sharp.

Excellent receptionist Katriene, helpful and charming. Good location just off square with parking E11 per night. No fridge, air conditioning or safe in room. Shower no bath, bed a little hard. Breakfast good continental everything available.

I stayed at the Albion Hotel for two nights while visiting the battlefields around Ypres and was completely delighted with it. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly. The building is superbly refurbished, and very modern inside. Frankly as a regular traveller who spends a lot of time in '5 star' hotels, I was expecting something very basic; and yet I came away recognising that a great hotel just needs to do simple things really well. The Albion does that, and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Room tip: The 'new section' of the building is where I stayed and was, quite literally, like new

We stayed two nights at the Albion Hotel as part of an organised Western Front Tour with Mat McLachlan Tours.
If is a very nice boutique hotel, great location, close to restaurants and the Menin Gate. The room was spacious and clean. Definitely recommended.

Without sampling the other hotels in Ieper, we had another great 2-night stay at the Albion Hotel and will be back again next year as it's everything we want. Bike storage, friendly service, marvellous accommodation and splendid breakfast.
