A warm welcome on a freezing night and friendly, attentive service preceded a lovely 4-course menu. Tasty amuses bouches followed by local shrimp-based starters (very ample portions), a hearty bisque dressed with Armagnac and cream, mains of more fish and then just room to squeeze in desserts. Coffee came with chocolates, small macaroons and other bits and bobs. All of the waiting staff were professional and very capable, so it all added up to a very pleasant experience indeed.
