This centrally locates is nicely set up. Friendly staff. Got a free upgrade so had a big room with sauna (although didn’t use). Two single beds pushed together but very comfortable

Breakfast was good quality

One big downside is the noisy elevator. It can be clearly heard from the top floor rooms. Also walls are thin so noise from neighbouring rooms

Overall good hotel though

Great value for money. We’re a family of four and have been given a large two-room family room. Very clean and modern. We stayed the night as we attended a concert at the Kuursaal which isn’t even 5 minutes’ walk from here. Super helpful and friendly staff working at reception as well, very natural. Great stay, totally recommend.

Stayed here for four nights recently and was very impressed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel stylish and comfortable. The reception, bar and breakfast area bright and attractive. Breakfast had a really good range of lovely breads, croissants, pastries, muffins etc. We're vegetarian and enjoyed a variety of cheeses, soya milks, yoghurt, muesli etc. Scrambled egg and some fried potato was a nice alternative too. There was bacon and a variety of meats too for those who wanted it.
Our room was at the front, first floor. Very quiet, comfortable and warm.
Enjoyed a drink in the bar each night, and the free tapas was a bonus. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

This is a nice hotel with a small bar area where you can sit down and drink something. Breakfast is good and enough. Wifi is OK. Rooms are good but the walls are a little thin so you can hear your neighbours.

We are glad you liked the setting of our hotel and the availability of a bar where you felt you were able to relax.

We have taken note of your comment with regards to the noise and apologise for any inconvenience you may have experienced. Due to the hotel being such an old standing building from since 1928, it is unfortunately less well insulated than modern buildings. If you had mentioned this issue to any of our team members we would have been more than happy to provide you with some ear plugs. Some of the rooms at the rear end of our hotel are much quieter, perhaps on your next visit you could opt for a room in that particular vicinity of our hotel.

Nevertheless, we thank you for your kind mention of our breakfast buffet.

First ever time here, but what a first time, complimentary drinks and finger food on arrival, very pleasant staff , great rooms with in our case a great view. Breakfast is included and is a combination of English and continental plenty of variety . Full of flavour fron crispy bacon two style eggs, various cereal all normal breakfast drinks fresh home made fruit salad, the list goes on. There's a great time range for breakfast from 7am till around 11am. There's a great well stocked bar, on arrival we were given a slip of paper per person each had a five by three set of squares on it and three consecutive dates these were believe it or not for five free drinks each evening for each person, wow never had that before drinks were from coffee to wines and beers. There was a small menu for evening meals but to be honest there are so many eateries around and a great city to explore you wouldn't be back in time. Oh one more thing there's a free tapas at 5.30 til 6.30 if your around. Room rates are great and the rooms a spacious and clean all with ensuite and there's a lift.

Room tip: Room 606 a little noisy but great views
