Seven of us ate here during a visit to Bruges. We booked in advance (essential) and were well looked after. The food here is definitely of the fine dining variety rather than for trenchermen. My friend's face when the main course was set in front of him was a picture (he loves his food!).
From the starter through to the coffee, everything was absolutely delicious and exquisitely presented. Definitely food as art, the MasterChef boys would be delighted.
Probably a bit less relaxed than we would have liked, although we couldn't fault the service.
If you want a loaded plate this is not the place for you. But if you want to eat three absolutely delicious courses without feeling stuffed, then it's well worth a visit. Bit expensive, but you get what you pay for.
