We stayed here for 6 days in July and chose it because it was the cheapest place in an otherwise expensive location. The rooms are clean and compact but well set up and have the essentials such as a kettle and small fridge so we could do our own breakfast. The down side is that the rooms are not cleaned while we are there so after 6 days it was getting a bit funky but a shorter stay would be fine. the outside is looking run down and the railings up the stairs are held together in places by clamps! there is a restaurant on site which was closed for holidays while we were there but I believe otherwise serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The accommodation is located on a busy road on one side and has a nice grass area with 2 swings and a couple of outdoor tables and chairs. It is located about 31/2 kms from Bruges-takes about 40mins to walk or we hired bikes which was much better. the female manager was lovely and very, very helpful, she even went as far as lending her son's scooter to our boys to have a play on.More
