Reviewed November 7, 2012

Close to the main square. an average experience. old times exhibits displayed. old times ingredients displayed. Demonstartion on how chocolates are made and moulded. free choco tasting upon entry. the exit shop was good. good quality chocolates at a very fair price. Enjoyed as a one time experience.

“Just go. It's fun.”

The museum itself is not very interesting (there is a lot of text). The film though was nice to watch and the chocolatier downstairs was of course fun. The chocolate is delicious.

“More to know about chocolate than you thought!”
Reviewed November 2, 2012

Very close to our hotel in the centre of the town. Great exhibits with English explanations and fun Lego models for children. Free chocolate on entry and the shop on the way out is a real treat!

“Rubbish!”
Reviewed November 1, 2012 via mobile

Visited this museum with 6 of my family, aged between 7 and 45. It was not at all child friendly and us adults found it a complete bore. I thought there maybe little activities for the children to do, but there was nothing. Don't waste your time or money.

“Beautiful Bruges could do without this”
Reviewed October 26, 2012

This "museum" had the feel of a schoolkid's assignment ie basic explanations & layout. Except that when I was ten years of age, I was producing work of a much higher standard.
For the price of admission I could have bought myself a nice box of chocolates...
