We sat outside near the pond, looking the swans , and the boats full of other tourists in the stream. Chilled music ,jazz . We just had a couple of beers and coffee.

Found this place by accident one night and had an enjoyable drink outside. We returned the next day for a meal and drinks. We had pizza and pasta and it was sublime. Service was excellent and the drinks were reasonable priced. They served mint tea in a beautifully designed mug. We had single malts, cocktails, wine, beer coffee. Spent 3 hours having a great evening. Total cost €140. Bargain

We tried to get in to a place nearby that was full, so ended up here.

The Prosecco they serve by the glass is really good, so we though we were in for something a bit better than the typical run-of-the-mill tourist feed/fuel-up eatery. The table not being cleaned properly should have served as a warning.

We ate outside near the pond / water feature, and it's quite a pleasant setting.

After a very long wait, the mixed warm tapas was most odd. For something supposedly Italian-ish / latin-ish, the idea of a bunch of stuff (Cheese, bits of chicken, some calamari, etc) all just battered and put through the deep-frier seems pretty strange. It all tasted the same, it was all pretty greasy. I've had better fried food from my local greasy-joes, at about 1/3 the price.

As a final warning: be warned. You can only get bottled water (no free tap water here) and they only accept payment by cash.

If all you want is a drink of beer or wine this place will be Ok, but for food, forget it.

The location is marvelous, located in a very quick zone on the edge of one of bruge's canals.
The food is good and the service is quick.
We returned to this place the next evening.
Enjoy...
