Description: Reliva serves our customers honest seafood and organic meat with as much bio ingredients that are available on the market. The vegetarian and veganistic dishes are prepared with the most care. Also we take good care of "lactose" and "gluten" free meals. Just ask our advice. The wines are advised per dish and can be ordered by the glass - a quite unique feature. As our guest we welcome you with a smile and deliver a friendly service. When the weather allows it, we serve on our nice and sunny terrace that has a unique view on both the Sint-Salvator Cathedral and the church of Our lady.

The restaurant was recommended by us by the place we were staying (Huis 't Schaep) and it was everything we hoped for - nice people, good food, good choice of wine (by the glass). The food was absolutely super, and Michelin worthy (less the small portions of Michelin - Reliva gives good portions ;-).
We had a romantic dinner, and love to come back someday.

Service was amazing. Server can accommodate allergies. Decent vegetarian selection. Food itself was above average. Kind of pricey.

I'm picky about where I eat carpaccio, but this restaurant was recommended by our B&B host and he was spot on with everything else so I gave it a try. As well I was adhering to my mantra - you can't get a bad meal in Belgium. Not so I'm sure, but for us, it was the truth. The carpaccio blew me away.
The family that runs this restaurant couldn't have been nicer or more attentive, and the food was a standout. We ordered a cheese course and after speaking with the son-in-law about the different cheeses he brought some of his own personal stash out. Beyond good.
Each dish also has a recommended wine pairing.
Would have loved to have eaten outdoors, but the temperature was a bit too chilly. If you have the opportunity to eat here, don't hesitate to do so.

Had a great meal here. Good steak, fries served on a hot plate, and the best bernaise sauce ever. My husband had an asian stir fry which was also good. Delicious creme brulee. The service was good but it was pretty empty inside (was a Monday) and most people that came in chose to eat outside since it was pretty nice out (a bit cold though).

This place is so good, we're rating it excellent despite a problem with our food. We arrived when it was still light and warmish, and did not want to sit inside. We opted for a drink on the patio and then went inside to eat. One of us ordered a salmon and prawn grill and the other a vegan quinoa-based dish. Unfortunately, part of the salmon was underdone, but as there was plenty of food, we did not mention it until the end of the meal. Our server could not have been more apologetic, and brought us coffee and house-made advocaat (which was delicious). From the amuse bouches, to the excellent food, atmosphere and service, we would definitely recommend this restaurant, and would go back ourselves if we are in Bruges again.
