I went here recently with 3 friends for breakfast whilst holidaying in Bruge and it was brilliant. The food was reasonable price wise and tasted delicious and the portions are quite large! As mentioned by other reviewers the staff there were really friendly and helpful? Definitely go if you are in Bruge

Visited this cafe on the recommendation of other Tripadvisor reviews. Arrived just before 11.30 am, just in time for the breakfast menu. There were various choices for breakfast and we chose the option which included fresh orange juice, bread, cheeses, meats and a hot drink- all for 9 euros, extremely reasonable for Bruges. The staff were lovely- attentive, friendly and polite and couldn't do enough for us. The cafe was quite small and was very quaint and welcoming with lovely decor and accessories. Food was delicious- we watched the orange juice being 'juiced', the bread was freshly baked and the ample portion kept us going all afternoon. We would have gone back again but the shop was shut on Wednesdays which was our last day in Bruges. I would have included dome photos but haven't yet fathomed out had to do this from my ipad!!

This is a great stop when you're walking round Bruges. Our friend had been there that morning and had been waxing lyrical about the gingerbread which she'd been given for free with her coffee. When we went back we asked for the gingerbread but they said it was all gone. When they saw how disappointed we looked they brought out some end-pieces they had left over, as well as some squares of chocolate brownie. I actually preferred the brownie to the gingerbread but they were both good, as was the hot chocolate. Very nice owners - we loved Bruges.

We stopped in for lunch and a hot drink and were amazed. I ordered the caramel hot chocolate and I can honestly say it was the best hot chocolate i've ever had! We also ordered smoked salmon bagels with cream cheese and they were delicious! Reasonably priced for Bruges and definitely worth it!

After being disappointed (the quality just doesn't match the hype) when eating at other highly rated Bruges restaurants, we thought we'd give this place a go for a late, quick lunch. We arrived at 2pm to be told that lunch finishes at 2pm. No exceptions. And no we couldn't order anything off the menu they gave us other than pancakes. So I can't comment on the quality of the food, but I give the quality of the staff a low rating. Maybe they'd had a bad day. Maybe they don't like small children. To be honest, it doesn't matter. In a small city that's overflowing with restaurants and cafes, I think you can do better.
