This café is situated opposite the Hotel Academia . o its in a quiet location. No parking but an ideal place to visit. On entering there is a scrumptious shop selling an assortment of breads and cakes and pastries. They also offer a service for filling rolls for you to take away. These are excellent and very good value. .2.50euro for well filled ham salad sandwich. Turn right into the café and you tend to think its a small venue but passing through ne area into another and then further through is a delightful conservatory.The lunches are good too.he menu is varied and offers full breakfasts, assortment of coffee and teas, excellent cakes and pastries and wonderful waffles.Watch out for the heart shaped sugar cubes and when ordering a tea/coffee you are also given a small piece of cake . Its a brilliant place to rest for awhile and to absorb the traditional atmosphere of this beautiful café . Read the history of the building on the reverse side of the menu and admire the chandeliers . I promise you will not be disappointed.
