When the train pulled up at the Bruges Railway Station, the Orient Express was sitting right across the platform. It was so exciting to see it in person, and the personnel were happy to allow us to take photos and look in the windows. Then into the station, which was well marked with signs (in English and Flemish) to waiting taxis and city buses. The station was clean an offered many places to grab a bite to eat and places to shop. Upon leaving Bruges we entered the station through a different door and found the memorial plaques and beautiful wall of butterflies. The station was also the place to change buses going in and out of the city.
