4 of us stayed for two nights 25th oct 2012, we stayed in room 302 which was very large and clean, our friends had 102 which although smaller was great with large patio / balcony.
The hotel is perfect for a 2 night stay, the breakfast fab with plenty of choice.
The best bit was the happy hour in the bar between 16.00 and 18.00 2.20 euros for a beer and 2 euros for a wine which was a bonus plus there was a good atmosphere in there too.
All in all I cannot fault this hotel and would recommend to you all.

Room Tip: Rear rooms are very quiet.

Just back from a three night/four day break in the beautiful city of Bruges....Arrived by train from Brussels (50 mins) after a two hour Eurostar journey from London, quick taxi ride from the station 10-14 Euros.Hotel is very friendly and well kept , we stayed in a triple family room - Number 10 - it's part of a refurb/extension and was bright airy and comfortable, there was a wet room and a double and single bed, table and chairs , flat screen TV ,all what you would expect from a decent hotel, We couldn't fault it.Good breakfast included in the price - cereals /eggs/bacon/Fruit/pastries/fresh bread etc...At 400 euro for three nights good value for money....Half price bar from 1600hrs - 1800hrs was a real bonus. The staff were very helpful with advice , booking taxis etc......Location - It's a ten minute stroll from the centre - well worth a visit

Great hotel just of the main areas of Bruges hotel clean tidy with car park at rear good breakfast as well the hotel as a happy hour ( two ) hours that helps with some prices around Bruges itself it takes about 25 mins steady walk to the station or around 7 euros taxi ride Bruges is well worth a mini city break and we would come come sometime lots to see and do the boats trip are very good enjoy the city ( the only down side that have have told Reception is the hair dryers next to the sinks in the bathroom) it may be a one off in room 202 but if it drops in the water it could be a bad case of Rip !

The hotel is ideally situated near the centre , the breakfast , staff , and room all excellent . The only problem was that the room was on ground level overlooking the patio and all the drunk smokers sit outside until 1am .

Room Tip: Ask for a room not overlooking the patio

I understand why there are so many great reviews of this hotel, but we had a terrible room. It was on Floor 0, right across from the pool. The room was a family room with 2 double beds. There were no windows, only French doors that opened into the parking lot immediately next to the rear hotel entrance. There was no air conditioning, and it was hot at the end of August. I asked to be moved, but it was the only family room they had available.

Otherwise, the staff was friendly, the small pool was nice, the location decent, and the breakfast very good.

Room Tip: Do not take the family room on Floor 0 across from the pool.

The Flanders hotel is very easy to get to, just a minute from the Bruges ring road, and parking is on site accessed through an archway adjacent to the hotel entrance. Parking is charged at 14euro per night. The checkin was efficient and friendly. We had a club room which seemed worth the extra few euros. The standard of decor is good, as is the quality of the bathroom and bed. There is a reasonably priced mini bar. The breakfast was really good, as was the service in the plush bar. Happy hour is 4-6 on selected drinks (no spirits or cocktails) We were given a map and a comprehensive explanation of what to see. TIP this hotel has discounts in place at some restaurants and attractions so ask and take your room key with you. Would visit again. Excellent central location.

Room Tip: The club room seems worth the extra few euros from our experience

There is nothing that can fault this hotel. The rooms were lovely with a nice spacious bath. Complimentary tea and coffee making facilities and a fabulous breakfast each morning. The staff were very helpful and it was perfectly located for exploring this beautiful city. Will definitely be returning.

Room Tip: Ask for a room overlooking the courtyard.
