The facilities at this hotel are good. The room was very comfortable with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The room (number 5) was big enough, clean and had a view out the front of the hotel overlooking the canal. The only negative was that at night you could hear any water that was run in the adjacent room. All the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a simple continental buffet but quite adequate. The location is excellent, being about 5-10 minutes walk from the centre (market square). Parking was in an underground car park just round the corner (provided free by hotel).

We ate at 3 of the restaurants which were mentioned in the city map provided by the hotel. These were Jan van Eyck, De Vlaamsche Pot and In Den Wittenkop. We would recommend all 3, although like most restaurants in Bruge they are not cheap. Please see the individual reviews I will put on TripAdvisor.

This is a very friendly hotel in a convenient location for the centre of Bruges. The whole place is spotlessly clean and the rooms are adequate and service from staff is excellent but the breakfasts are perhaps a little over-rated. Parking in the underground car park is free as is the WiFi which works well in the rooms. Altogether a pleasant place to stay, if a little on the pricey side.

Room Tip: High rooms overlooking the canal are larger but generally more expensive.

We stayed with our 2 boys ages 11 and 14 in the family room. Great room and lovely view of the canal. Terrific location. A walk to everything. I cannot say enough good things about Adornes. All the staff were attentive and wonderfully helpful. They were happy to guide us and make recommendations. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were spotless, bright and comfy. Baths also modern, clean and light.

We really wish we stayed longer than 2 nights. Bikes were wonderful too. One night we wandered around the corner to the left out the hotel door to one of the oldest pub/beer gardens in Brugge. We sat in the sun with our Belgian beer and kids could play bocce while a little dog ran about.

Rik was especially wonderful to our boys and even played a movie about Brugge for them downstairs in the game room and gave them some treats. When we told him we had to get a cab early, he even had breakfast waiting for us an hour before the usual time including hot chocolate for the boys. He made sure our taxi was there. Wonderful guy and a fabulous stay. We will be back one day! The whole family said this was the best place in all of our Europe trip. You won't be disappointed!

We stayed here for a second time and we found it was just as good as our first visit some 16 months ago.
It's location is superb, the rooms are good, the only criticism I would make is that it could do with tea & coffee facilities in the room.
The staff are so friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them.
Car parking is just round the corner and part of the package.
The breakfast is excellent.
Free cycle use is also supplied if you require them.

Room Tip: No problems as the hotel location is good and the rooms are excellent. There is a little bit of roa...

Very nice hotel. We stayed here as part of a Rick Steves tour, but this hotel is not in his book.

Very clean, great service. Rik at the desk goes out of his way to be helpful.

Modern, nicely decorated. Good location.

My only complaint is that the room did not have a normal stand up shower. It had a bathtub with a sprayer. Otherwise a great room.

We booked as a last minute 4 night break and cannot recommend this hotel enough. We had it recommended to us and were not disappointed. The team were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast was lovely and the whole hotel was clean and fresh. The free bikes and location just a short walk from the centre made getting around very convenient. Highly recommended.

We stayed here 3 nights and loved the service each employee gave us. The rooms were good size and had a fan for warm nights. I liked the bikes available to borrow and the cute patio out back. Convenient to main part of town (20 min) walk but not too close to be loud. The breakfast was delicious. Fresh various types of bread from the bakery. Even gluten free bread eggs cheeses yogurt fresh fruit meats good coffee. Free wifi in lobby area. Rik at front desk will help with any planning or suggestions.
