I stopped here for lunch on a weekend trip to Bruges with friends. We were a large group of 8 and having been turned away from other restaurants who couldn't accommodate us, we so pleased when we came across Aquarel. They were friendly, very welcoming and despite being busy, did their upmost so we could sit together, even going to the lengths of rearranging the tables. The food and drink matched the high level of service we received from the staff and certainly did not disappoint. Between us we sampled a good range of the menu and all thoroughly enjoyed it - clean plates all round! Goats cheese croquettes and the to-die-for hot chocolate are highly recommended, as is sampling the local beer, Zot! It's definitely worth seeking this place out and I certainly will on my next trip to Bruges. Thank you Aquarel!
