Koen and Annemie are musicians who operate a superb B&B; they are pure delight, very helpful. Annemie has retired from piano teaching; she is the President of the Bruges B&B association. Koen performs professionally on the recorder and is the organist at a lovely church a few blocks from the B&B. Their location is a few blocks from Market Square, far enough away to allow quiet nights for sleeping. Breakfasts are quite good and are served around a large table which is conducive to conversations among the guests.

We enjoyed the walkable location (just a couple of minutes from the #6/16 bus which leaves the train station regularly). Bruges is a touristy place so loaded with options for accommodation. We felt this B&B was good value and provided everything we expect in a town B&B. Our hostess was friendly and helpful. You need to be ready to use a couple of flights of narrow stairs, so we would not recommend this B&B for those who may be stair challenged. It is located in a more real neighbourhood, providing peace and quiet while only about 5 minutes walk from plenty of restaurants.
Breakfast was beautifully presented and plentiful.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights at the B&B operated by Koen and Annemie Dieltiens in Bruges. We were so glad that Rick Steves recommended staying in a B&B and that we chose this one.
Take their advice as to restaurants !
Cheers

My partner and I stayed here for one night. Although the room was a bit pricey, so is everything in Brugge!
The location is great, within a few minutes from the major sites, and about a 20 minute walk from the train station. The home itself is gorgeous and has a historic feel to it. The spiral staircase is stunning, as is the breakfast room. Breakfast is cold, and includes yogurts, meats, cheeses and plenty of bread.
Rooms are clean, the shower is great and the view was fantastic!

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at Koen & Annemie Dieltiens' charming B&B, and we were thoroughly pleased with our accommodations. Our room was tastefully decorated and clean with a comfortable bed and modern conveniences. The B&B is located on a quiet street a short walk from the center of town. The breakfast is very substantial with a lot of variety, and it is served in their lovely dining room. This was a great place to recover from jet lag. Considering cost, comfort and location, I would highly recommend staying here.

Koen and Annemie open their home for travelers and give you a really nice experience.

We arrived from a long day of flights and trains around 11 pm. Annemie was there to greet us and even gave my wife something for our honeymoon. SO SWEET!

Our room was large, quiet and beautiful.

The B&B is on a SUPER quiet street. Close enough o the canals and main area. Honestly, it was just perfect.

The breakfast was the best part.
I uploaded a photo of the room with the table set for breakfast.
Every morning it was hearty and delicious... and there are other travelers there to talk about your experiences.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My fiance and I cannot say enough about this wonderful B&B. We stayed here for two nights in August and loved the location and the rooms. The B&B has an authentic feel to it, with windy, narrow staircases and wood floors. The room itself was rather large with a very clean bathroom. Annemei was a wonderful hostess and provided us with a lovely breakfast each morning. The location was also fabulous. It's an easy bus ride to and from the train station and an easy walk to everywhere else in town. The prices were also extremely reasonable and we really felt like we got to experience the real Bruges. If we ever go back to Bruges, we would definitely stay here again.
