“Museum Arentshuis”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 12, 2013

Has never been a very succesful exhibition place. Very nice building but needs to get another function that attracts more art-lovers. Very nice situation. Look the the horses of the apocalyps in the park. Look to the 'devil' his horse and his attribute

“An interesting little gallery”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 26, 2013

The Arentshuis is housed in an old mansion and comes on a joint ticket with the Groeninge Museum. Start here and go to the Groeninge second. My wife is the artist in the family but I found the Brangwyn collection interesting.

“A mixture of Brangwyn and temporary exhibitions”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 24, 2013

The large open space on the ground floor is given over to temporary exhibitions, with a permanent showing of Frank Brangwyns work on the upper floor - not an artist we'd heard of before but some very effective pieces that we enjoyed

“Not a lot of art for an art museum....”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 9, 2013 via mobile

My family only went because of the combo ticket with another museum. It was a very small collection of art. Bottom line -don't go out of your way for it.

“Don't Overlook Brangwyn”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 20, 2013

if he is still there. This is a funny little place. On the first floor, there was an exhibit of engravings by Jacques Callot. You use enlarging glasses to see them. But it was the exhibit of Frank Brangwyn that grabbed me. I had never heard of him. I particularly enjoyed his paintings of working folks.
