Owner description: Bruges' City Hall (1376) is one of the oldest in the Low Countries. It is from here that the city has been governed for more than 600 years. An absolute masterpiece is the Gothic Hall, with its late 19th-century murals and polychrome vault. The adjoining historic hall calls up the city council's history with a number of authentic documents and works of art. A multimedia exhibition on the ground floor illustrates the evolution of the Burg Square.

This is just one of many fine buildings to see in this beautiful City.
Do not miss and spend time in the many restaurants and cafes in the square.

This was a lovely building but there was just a lack of information about if there was anything worth visiting inside.

Outside Baroque. Blurb gives the impression that it is medieval inside, but it a'int. It was done over in the late 1800s. Bling would be the word I would use. Here is Bruge, a town that had the first stock exchange in the 1200s, hardly any information about that. There is a room with some documents but that's it. Over 65yrs 3 euros.

Again, Do Your Home Work! Each building here has History and it helps to know. This is one of a huge collection of beautiful work done here for centuries. Worth the time,

The Tourist Information Centre is located insider here, but very sparse, although you can pick up a free street plan. You can also use the toilets in here at a price.
