Specialising in a volonte (all you can eat) spare ribs which can be ordered succulently slow-cooked or tradional barbequed for that extra bite! Other specialities on our menu include fajitas, as well as excellent T-Bone and Rib-eye steaks. All this can be washed down with some of the regions finest beers.

“Been to better”
Reviewed February 16, 2013

Expected more after trip advisor reviews. Went to The Olive Tree on the previous night which we couldn't fault (this possibly spoilt all other dining experiences in Bruges as was sooo good). I booked ribs 'n' beer 6 weeks before our trip & advised it was a surprise trip to Bruges for my husband's 50th, unfortunately we were seated at the bar (there are 2 tables next to bar that seat 2 on each table on bar stalls) I was quite disappointed as it wasn't overly comfy & given the time in advance I had booked I expected to be in the main part of the restaurant. Other than that food was nice but have had better ribs at TGI Fridays for example. Staff were quite attentive and bill average (ish) just think there are other places that deserve higher rating on TA!

“A must when in town!!!”
Reviewed February 12, 2013 via mobile

Headed straight there for 6pm when they open and nearly all the tables were reserved but thankfully they squeezed us in! Thankfully as this place is amazing.... Amazing beer and amazing ribs, all you can eat with the different sauces and a 'rub' which you HAVE to try all of them. Just make sure you book if possible and go there hungry. Go!

“A carnivores heaven”
Reviewed February 12, 2013

My partner had viewed this place prior to our visit to Brugges and it looked amazing. We visited it on a Sunday night around 7PM and it was jam packed already. The staff were great and managed to fit us in - however we would recommend booking as we got extra lucky as walk ins.

We ordered ribs with a beer and chocolate sauce and a spicy bbq sauce.
WOW.

The meat fell off the ribs, succulent, mega tasty and loads of meat. we polished this off quicker than Usain Bolt could run the 100 meters and ordered seconds.

We washed this down with a nice wine and the whole bill came to 55 euro a total bargain for this amazing feast.

The deal is they will keep serving you ribs as long as you can eat them.

This should be a place visited by anyone looking for amazing food in Brugges.

“Great ribs!”
Reviewed February 11, 2013

Really nice cosy restaurant with, as the name suggests, great ribs! The atmosphere was as nice as any restaurant which you may not expect given the name! There are plenty of other things on the menu apart from the ribs too.
