This hotel was really lovely, it was very clean and well presented and the staff were very nice. I was fortunate to stay for 3 nights and was in the newer part of the hotel staying in room 730. The breakfast was lovely, with a really good choice of everything. I would stay there again.

Room Tip: pick room 730 - top floor - it is quiet and had lovely beams in the room

We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel as part of a tour package and were very pleased. It is centrally located so a very short walk to the main square, Belfry and restaurants and bistros. It is basically furnished (no tea/coffee making facilities) but still comfortable. Excellent choice for breakfast and beers in the bar. A few pictures around the hotel wouldn't go amiss but a very pleasant stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. A lovely place to stay. :)

This hotel is ideally located behind the main square and a group of 10 people went for my birthday, which Bruges a great place to be as everything is walking distance and there are a huge variety of beers available! The bar here is cosy and the patio is great and away from the passing traffic which is great

We booked this hotel via Eurostar; we requested a city centre, 3 star hotel and Martin's was just that. It was vey close to the main square and was a modern looking hotel which fitted into the typical Bruges architecture. I'm surprised that other reviewers say that the rooms were small - we were a party of three and had booked two rooms both of which were a good size. As with many European hotels, there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but I don't see that as a minus. The double bed was large and comfortable

The staff were friendly and helpful, rooms and common areas were clean and bright, the breakfast room was really pleasant and there was a small bar which was open in the evenings. Breakfast was self-service, with a good range of foods and staff were quick at clearing tables.

There were many restaurants, tea rooms, museums, art galleries, specialist shops within a few seconds walk.

Room Tip: If you are disturbed by extraneous noise, you can request a room away from the lift and not overlook...

This was my 3rd stay in Martin's so I knew what to expect. This hotel is ideally located in centre of town adjacent the main square. Everything is on your door step. The rooms are small, but comfortable. Hotel staff are very friendly and suggested an excellent restaurant that wasnt full of tourists. Breakfast was good for 12€. They have underground parking if you are driving for 25€ a day.

A straight forward city centre hotel. Rooms are not big and there are no tea making facilities but its clean, and right in the heart of the tourist centre of Bruge. Lots of places to eat near the hotel. And breakfast has enough variety to please British and continental visitors. I agree with most 5 star, four star and three star reviewers.

Just off the main square ,yet in a quiet location,so ideal for a short break. This hotel is great as a base ,close to shop restaurants etc.
However if you want more than just that it would not suit. The rooms are small ,clean ,modern but with only the basics.Breakfast is self service with a really good varied selection, but really busy,so not to be lingered over! There is a small bar with good selection.Free wi fi is easily available.
In summary a nice base to explore Brugge,a hotel that is clearly aimed at tourists and does that job well.
