Stayed here for three nights between Christmas and the New Year. What a beautiful hotel. the location is first class, just off the main square, our room was spotless, we where in the annex out of the main building but this was no problem and actualy preferred it instead of having to walk through the hotel. The breakfast was well organised and the food was plentiful and delicious. Bruges itself was a delight with alleys, squares and picture postcard buildings. We did find it expensive, food and drink in particular but this is the case in most cities. Visit in the Christmas period and everywhere is decorated and really pretty for Xmas. Wear flat shoes for all the walking you will do, and all the streets are cobbled. Check taxi rates to the rail station as we where charged a difference of 9 E on arrival to departing[ the station is only a short walk] but we kept loosing our way so decided to return by taxi. A fab hotel, in a great hotel, in a beautiful city .

What an amazing hotel. This ticks all my boxes: quiet yet very central, great bar with friendly staff and a pianist or jazz background music, fantastic breakfast, cosy clean and modern rooms, bijoux swimming pool, sauna and fitness centre in the basement.
I cannot thank the staff here enough for making us feel so welcome and for providing a fabulous place to stay. We will be back!
Relax or sightseeing this is a hit with me!

Me and my friend have recently stayed here for a two night stay. Walking in late at night after a long journey we were welcomed by an amazing warm hallway and a friendly receptionist who dealt with us quickly and efficiently. All receptionists we came into contact with we're all helpful even allowing me to charge my blackberry on their computer.

The hotel is literally a stones through from the main square which was a nice surprise for us.

Breakfast is a buffet which suited us fine with friendly staff and plenty of food to choose from.

The pool was lovely. We used this both evenings and had it completely to ourselves. Why it isn't used more i don't know.

The only downside which I can think of is that the hotel has a limited menu due to no restaurant however this doesn't really matter as there are plenty of restaurants just outside. The bar area is full o class with a pianist playing twice a week. If I was to go back to Bruge I would definitely choose hotel Navarra again.

This is a lovely hotel, comfortable clean and in a great location( 5 minute walk from main market square and clock tower). All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. My husband and I stayed during the festive period, we both felt that this hotel most certainly had the Christmas spirit , it was perfectly decorated for the season, and had a lovely warm friendly and happy atmosphere. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and could n't fault the service. We have already recommended this hotel to our friends.

Really love this hotel at Christmas time in particular. It just has such a lovely atmosphere. The building itself is very beautiful. Staff are very helpful and rooms immaculately clean. Very good breakfast and very convenient for all the delights of Bruges. Rooms this time not that large but still very pleasant. Looking forward to returning next December.

Room Tip: Ask for a quiet room as some face the front opposite a bar frequented by students which can be noisy...

Hotel is situated just off main market area of Brugge. Location excellent. Breakfast was good and staff very pleasant. Rooms nice but not enough hot water or pressure from showers. However would recommend hotel.
