right in the center of the ancient town. a flavour of the old, combined with modern comfort. great breakfast, cosy swimming pool. and friendly people all around. excellent value for money, although it actually is cheaper to park across the street. in short: a great base to visit one of the most beautiful cities in belgium. best not to go to brugge in the midst of summer though. unlesss you want to meet more tourists than locals, that is. and don't worry: the historic heart of the city looks great in winter too :-)

Modern room in 17th century building. Beautiful entrance, comfortable and quiet room, wide choice at breakfast, pleasant bar. Worth checking low season deals for a bargain price. Handy central location and helpful staff.

Just spent three super nights at the Navarra yet again. Have stayed and reviewed this hotel before when it belonged to the Best Western chain, it no longer belongs to this chain of hotels but be assured the Navarra is still as good, if not better, as it's ever been. Recognised many of the staff from previous visits and they were as friendly, helpful and superb as ever. I booked directly with the hotel even requesting a certain room. On arrival we were greeted with a warm friendly welcome and allocated the requested room, spacious, very clean with a gorgeous bathroom, which includes a separate shower. Breakfast again brilliant, ample variety of food choices for everybody's taste and again nice to see familiar, helpful staff. The fitness centre and pool are a perfect relaxation at the end of the day If you're thinking of visiting Bruges do not bypass the Navarra as this hotel goes a long way to making a visit to Bruges perfection. The hotel has its own car park which again is a huge bonus.

Room Tip: Rooms directly at the top of the staircase are spacious, especially 108

This is a very nice hotel in a wonderful location. It is close to everything Bruges has to offer. Only a block from the town square where the clock tower is and about 4 blocks from the temple of the holy blood and maybe half a mile to the church with the Michaelangelo and the museums. The room we had was a bit small but very comfortable and had everything we needed. While being close to everything it was still in a quiet neighborhood. When coming to Bruges it is more important to have a hotel in a great location than one with a large room as you will want to spend most of your time walking around the beautiful town. Don't miss the hot chocolate at The Old Chocolate House!

I went with my husband and 1 year old. The hotel was definitely a great place for a young family. They have a breakfast that is included in the price every morning which is top-notch. The room that we booked was fantastic. The bathroom had a bathtub, enough room to put things around the sink and even fit the crib comfortably at night so it was almost like having a separate room for the baby.

If cleanliness and professionalism are important to you, this hotel will be a good choice. It's a great location for exploring Bruges as well. Another plus is the hotel pool and sauna, fitness room: all very clean. They are located in an old wine cellar that is always warm and a nice break from the cold if you are there in winter.

I'd love to go back for the holidays - a great family retreat.
