Stumbled across this recently opened restaurant when visiting Bruges with my vegetarian daughter. The restaurant is in a fantastically renovated house in which its main function is as a Bed & Breakfast (www.huishetschaep.be). The owners have now opened a private dining experience aimed at vegetarians due to the limited veggie options in Bruges. Although i am not a vegetarian, my daughter has been for over 10 years. Choice was varied and flavours absolutely delicious. We both thoroughly enjoyed the food, service and ambience of this quaint little gem. In fact if vegetarian food always tasted this good i may never eat meat again myself!
I would strongly recommend Primavera to all, and not just vegetarians...it is just off the main shopping street and not your normal restaurant from the outside, as you need to ring the bell to gain access, hence book before you go.
