Good, normal, what you would expect for an Ibis. Wifi is ok too. The restaurant has a lot of beers to choose, but it is expensive for the quality provided. Very well located, you can walk to the train station if you want.

My husband and I recently stayed here for 3 nights. The location was perfect, as it was still in the center of town but far enough away that you didn't have the noise of the main drag. The bed was soft and comfortable. While we did not try the restaurant, the bar was comfortable and offered a nice selection of Belgian beers. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. This is a great hotel for the price!

I stayed in Bruges with my boyfriend in one double room. The rooms are a decent size, but not overly large. It's location is convenient to walk around Bruges.

I liked the bed, as it was soft and comfortable, with reasonable sized pillows. There are no tea and coffee facilities in the room, which I did miss on this occasion, as it was cold. To make up for it, they made a great hot chocolate in the foyer area.

The bathroom was good, as it had a bath, with great water pressure. However, the only problem was the shower gel was in an awkward spot if having a bath. The hairdryer was good as well. I thought the towels were really thin and could do with a replacement in a year.

On Christmas evening the bar had good atmosphere. Parking was close in a building underneath, and was well priced.

I did not try the breakfast, as I though 14 euro was above what I wanted to spend.

I would recommend.

I recently stayed here for 2 nights with my husband and parents as part of a Christmas City break to Bruges. We were extremely impressed with the hotel all round.

Firstly the price of the rooms were excellent value for money. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, an easy 15 min stroll from the main train station which is the main method of transport into Bruges. We had no issue walking this even with bags in the rain as Bruges itself is a very compact city. The hotel was decorated modern and clean throughout. The rooms were fairly small but more than adequate for a city break. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. It had a lovely small bar in the lobby, a restaurant and free wifi throughout.

The entrance to the hotel, which it shares with the Novotel opposite is of modern design but has not spoilt the original architecture of this beauitful city. The original building is still evident in its original state but it has been modernised for commerical use as a hotel.

We could not fault the location of this hotel, located in the city centre surrounded by a great choice of restaurants and bars. There is also a supermarket opposite, as well as many of the famous Belgium chocolate shops. It is a 10 min stroll to the main square, but to be honest Bruges is such a beautiful place you are surrounded by so many photographic opportunites that it doesn't really matter where you stay in the city as everywhere is walkable.

We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good value place to stay in Bruges. I would have scored a 5 had the breakfast not been 14 Euros per person which I thought was a little expensive for an Ibis hotel. As a result we did not have breakfast in the hotel and eat at the huge choice of cafes that the city has to offer. Overall an excellent stay and we will return one day.

Hotel location was fine - just a 10 minute walk into the main square. Reception area was quick both in and out. Room was a standard double - ideal size for one or two nights. Bathroom clean and functional. Bed comfortable. Not a lot of hanging clothes space, but for a night or two, fine. Good value for money.
