We had a nice stay for four nights but the hotel is nothing extraordinary. The rooms are nice and spacious. I was very surprised to discover that the rooms had exactly the same decoration they had in a Novotel I had been in Paris. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom, although on the smaller side, was appropriated. The hotel is within walkable distance of all the attractions.

I found it very odd that the fridge was empty, and you have to go downstairs to reception to buy a drink (sodas, and water were offered).

Overall it was a pleasant experience but I will try another hotel if I return to Bruges.

Nice and clean, child friendly, and well located. Hotel parking is expensive, but we expected that. Small outdoor pool is cute with little playground for tiddlers. Breakfast great. We've stayed here twice; staff are very friendly.
We often stay at Novotels and they are generally very reliable and family-friendly. Bruges is stunning, just beautiful. This is a great place to break a journey back from Holland.

I came here with my 4 year old son as a short break away before he starts school, and loved this hotel. Boat tours just down the road which my son loved. Hotel pool quite cold, but lovely play area by pool. My son was made to feel very welcome giving him a small toy when we checked in and a staff member showed us on the map where the local toy shop was. Found a lovely kids play park 10 mins walk away behind a church. Only problem i found with the hotel was the fridge in the room decided to flick on and off at 5am in the morning lighting up our room. Will be returning to the hotel for the Christmas markets.

Reasonable and very helpful in directing to sights and suggestions for a little stroll. Staff is professional and friendly. Rooms are good and if you need more towels...just ask...
Location is fantastic for those with no sense of direction. Everyone knows where this hotel is...lol

Room Tip: My room was quiet and others I knew on trip had no complaints. Breakfast was excellent.

Really good hotel especially if like us you are travelling with Children, very comfortable beds, and good breakfast. The bathroom is probably the one part of the room that could be improved as the shower is a little on the small side, however the toiletries provided were good. The location of this hotel is fantastic and within walking distance of everything in this truly beautiful city.

Family room which was large double bed and sofa bed for our son. Room was not big, but fit for purpose. Bruges is so beautiful and there is so much to see you don't want to be spending your time in the hotel. The Novotel is central to the city, the reception staff are really friendly and helpful with excellent English. We had room only as we wanted to eat out so can't comment on breakfast. Would definitely recommend this for a place to sleep whilst visiting Bruges.
