This hotel is situated a few hundred yards from the centre of Bruges and makes a perfect location to explore the city from. The room we stayed in was lovely, if a tad on the small side and the floorboards were a little creaky - but it is all part of this hotels charm. Breakfast was lovely with a glass of champagne, freshly cooked eggs and a nice pot of tea! Staff were very helpful and very courteous. Be careful of the stairs if on the top floor as they are very steep (but there is always the lift).

There are lots of hotels to stay at in the city, but something stood out when selecting the one to stay in and we weren't disappointed by our choice. We were celebrating my wife's 40th birthday and the Pand Hotel was the perfect place to stay when in Bruges. Small and elegant with an extra helpful team to advise on things to do, places to go, where to eat.

The hotel is very centrally located, but unlike some it is on a side street and this means you do not get noisey tourists late at night. Our room, one of the Ralph Lauren Junior Suites was beautiful and made it an extra special stay and we felt thoroughly looked after at all times.

As and when we go back to Bruges I will know which hotel to book!

Thank you for making our weekend!

Room Tip: Select a Ralph Lauren Jr Suite, they are brilliant.

We stayed at the Pand Hotel and had a nice time. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff is very helpful and attentive. Also the location is superb. However, Room 202 was very small and we could hardly walk around our suitcases. The air conditioning was very noisy, as were the people above us. You can hear every footstep and toilet flush . No coffee making facilities and no bath robes were a bit strange considering the price. A very nice hotel, but don't ever look at the loobrush. The one in 202 must be very old.

This hotel is simply stunning. The service is extraordinary and the location could not be better. The breakfast in the morning is a must. We had 5 rooms, I highly recommend the junior suites or master suite as they were simply perfect! Highly recommended!!

Hotel is very centrally located, easy walking distance to everywhere (Bruges centre is quite small in the end). Arrived early but room was immediately ready (didn't get the impression it was very full), were in the Ralph Lauren suite. Nice spacious rooms but not overly spacious for a suite (but bear in mind this is a very old building so rooms and layout are quite different). Small sitting area, spacious bathroom, separate toilet. Service is super friendly. Rate included a welcome drink with some nice nibbles in the small bar in the front of the building. Breakfast very good. Served at the table and the option for extras like eggs, etc. Again, very friendly and attentive staff. Only negative I would say is that the building and therefore the rooms are showing it's age. It just takes more effort to keep it up in such old buildings. Things like carpet in the hall way, the bottom of the shower (sealing, grouts), paint here and there, looked a little bit tired and probably needs some small touch ups and upgrades. Overall, a very nice place in a fantastic little town with lots of dining options, lots of things to see, and a must visit town when in Belgium. Although not my first time, definitely worth going back once in a while.

Room Tip: As rooms in older style buildings aren't necessarily large, it's worth getting a suite, especially
