“Another excellent stay at The Red House”

This is our second visit to The Red House and once again we could not fault the accommodation. It is within easy walking distance of all of the main tourist attractions but in a quiet street that does not feel touristy at all. We have found Bruges to be a very beautiful, friendly and safe city and our friends who were staying in another area walked back relatively late each evening and felt completely at ease in the quiet streets. The house is well equipped, warm, clean and extremely comfortable, we love it. Richard, the owner is very helpful and making a booking is easy. There is lots to see and do in Bruges and we can also recommend walking or cycling to Damme and a train trip to Ghent.

“If you are going to Bruges - you have to stay here!”

What a find - a perfect little house within easy walking distance of the main square. Bijou, very well appointed, quiet (except for the church bells at 07.00!!) and homely. For a rental, the house was really very well equipped with new, clean and attractive contents - dishwasher, good shower, comfy beds and all you need to make your stay great. I would add though that the stairs to the top floor are a challenge, especially when going down to the loo in the middle of the night!!

Wow this house was beautiful, very modern on the inside but very traditional on the outside.
Brilliant location to walk 3 young daughters to the centre square and pop home for rests.
The streets surrounding are fasinating, its worth going up to the Windmill in the park!
We are going back again as it was so perfect for us all,the owners cant do enough so thank you to them.

This is a great house in a great location for exploring Bruge. Very clean and well equipt which was great for nights in eating with children after a long day of walking.
It made a lovely change to have lots of extras available to use duing the stay which you normally have to supply yourself ie cleaning products, liquid soap, toilet roll, coffee, tea etc. We had a fab time at Red House and would recommend to anybody.
