We visited this delightful restaurant during a weekend break in Bruges and although it is only a short distance from the markt, you could easily miss its basement location. We chose from the main menu and, after a lovely appetiser, we both enjoyed the queen scallops. For mains, I had the turbot which melted in the mouth, while my wife had the succulent lamb . We just about managed a platter of local cheeses for dessert. The wine list offered a wide range to complement the food. The service was very friendly and nicely paced - there was no rush to turn the tables around so don't go if you're in a hurry. Being in a basement there was a lovely atmosphere and with the tables well spaced out there was no feeling of being squashed in.
