Discovered this restaurant by accident after the first 3 restaurants recommended to me were closed. Ordered the Flemish Taste. Croquettes were perfectly prepared balls of delicious molten cheese, followed up by the Flemish Stew which was ideal for the cold winter day on which I visited and then finished off with a delicious pumpkin and gram cracker desert which was fantastic. One of my better experiences in Brugge. Talked with the owner for a time. An inspiring young lad with a very interesting story and a knack for languages. Would recommend!
