My wife & I booked having only based our choice on the Trip Advisor reviews. We were not disappointed. We stayed 3 nights 18th - 21st Oct 2012 & found Albina the perfect hostess. Friendly, knowledgeable and multi-ligual, nothing was too much problem or bother. Our room was clean, tidy and very nicely appointed with a bigger than kingsize bed. Met with a welcome bottle of Merlot, a smile and friendly chat and map of the city we were off to a good start. Continental breakfast was a feast of fresh croissants, bread, pancakes, scrambled egss, cold meats, smoked salmon, fresh fruit salad, cheeses, coffees, hot chocolate, yoghurts + more & more (hardly any need for lunch!) all served in a bright airy conservatory/atrium with just a hint of civilised classical music in the background.
The room was cleaned & tidied daily, in fact the whole place was spotless.
I could go on, but I won't, you can book with confidence knowing you will get a lovely place to stay at a reasonable rate within very easy reach of all Bruges has to offier.
