The restaurant itself is quaint and the service is fantastic. Unfortunately, not all of the tapas we ordered were freshly prepared. For example, the spicy potatoes were merely frozen potato pieces that were deep fried and covered with a mayonnaise sauce. Also, the ham croquettes were dreadful pre-frozen 'food' (comparable to a deep fried mozzarella stick in North American pubs). Those items that were freshly prepared (e.g., tomato and pepper salad, deep fried anchovies, mussels and the smoked chorizo) were delicious.

We found this place at 9.30pm, after a late train. There aren't many places open in Bruges late, and we were really thrilled to stumble across a place open late by Belgium's standards, but also of such high quality.

The staff were really welcoming and it felt homely and had a relaxed but vibrant atmosphere. The chef was really accommodating, cooking us a beautiful, fresh paella from scratch, despite it being quite late. The tapas was great, especially the squid. The service was brilliant.

It's a hidden gem down a lively little side street- if you have the chance go here!

Very atmospheric, with a genuine friendly welcome. And a cute dog. We had a small selection of tapas followed by the lamb casserole. Reasonable prices, excellent flavours and all was very much cooked to order. I'd go back there again.

Fantastic service.
Tapas was delicious.
A must to visit for good quality food and not at a silly price!

We had read mixed reviews of this restaurant but decided to give it a go and were really pleased. We were going to order 4 dishes each but were advised to order 3 and then another if we could manage it. There was plenty to eat with just the total 6 dishes but we decided to have another plate of the excellent Manchego.

Friendly venue and very reasonable price.
