This surely is a hidden gem, a stone's throw away from the Library and Ladeuzeplein. The restaurant is located in an inconspicuous house in an inconspicuous street. The interior decoration is fresh, with open kitchen and large window opening to the garden terrace. The service was warm, efficient, just perfect. Liked the relaxing background music (a.o. Leonard Cohen). The house wine was more than decent.
And best of all: 13 euros for a delicious lunch. Leak soup can be delicious. 'Witte pens' can be delicious. Mashed potatoes with ruccola: what a find! Simple, delicious food: it is possible !
