In the weekend you can only chose the menu, which looked nice when described. Though when served the food was not seasoned enough, very uninspired, nothing special. The wine arrangement was also dissappointing at 21 Euro.

This is an excellent, small restaurant that has a unique design with the kitchen taking about one third of the main part of the restaurant with tables in front and to its right side. Amazingly, despite having about 25-30 clients, there was only one chef and one server. The fixed price menu was creative, tasty, and perfect in terms of portions. Smoked mackerel with leek confit, scallops with celeriac and hazel nuts, and medium rare duck breast with sweet potato were all delicious. The service was efficient and the quality of the wines that were served to our large group was excellent. A very impressive display of culinary wizardry and excellent service by a team of two!

We booked for lunch : a predefined starter and main dish for 20€. Both were very original dishes with surprising taste combinations. If you're open for a gastronomical surprise, this is an interesting formula.
The interior is tastefully decorated. Service is simple and friendly
We enjoyed the various wines by the glass (average 7€).
A plus: tap water free of charge
I really really recommend

We dinned with my wife. The service was excellent. Efficient and polite. A delicious olive oil was served as starter. The food very good and the beer that was proposed, excellent.

It is the second time I come here. Last time I thought that the cuisine had mainly Italian influences. This time, it was more Asian/French. But who cares? It was really good.
At lunch time, you can only order a fixed menu. So I hesitated, because there was ray as the main dish. I am not a big fan of ray, but I must say, that it is the first time I can say that I liked it. As a starter it was dashi. For those who can come in the evening, the menu has quite some interesting choices (even if it is not too large). And so does the wine list!
The dining room is not too big (the restaurant is in a mansion) and is very cosy. However you still have sufficient space. The kitchen is an open one and is right into the dining room. Depending where you sit, you can see the chef working. The waiter is very friendly and speaks quite some foreign languages.
