We didn't experience the poor service mentioned in a couple of recent reviews in this attractively decorated bar / restaurant - in fact it was quite the opposite. We were served by charming young people and the food arrived quickly. Excellent cocktails freshly mixed at the bar (not the pre-made stuff that we've had elsewhere). Generous helpings of nicely cooked, flavoursome, well-presented food. I'm a little dubious of smallish restaurants offering such a wide-ranging international menu however we all thoroughly enjoyed our choices which included, Flemish beef stew, Vietnamese noodles with pork and Lebanese falafel salad. Numerous restaurants in Ghent are closed on Sunday evenings but Mosquito Coast was open until 10.30pm. I hope that you like it - we certainly did!
