This is a very cozy spot to eat great sushi and sashimi. The place is owned by a young and enthusiastic guy who is ever present and very attentive during service. It's a small place with a very friendly feel.
The food is extremely fresh and very well prepared and beautifully served in a somewhat cheesy fashion (boats... hmmm) but nonetheless doesn't detract from the outstanding and plentiful selection.
I have eaten there several times over the last 2 years, and every time is a real treat. I love sushi and this is my favourite place in Gent to eat it. It's not cheap, sushi outside of Asia never is, but it's worth it and probably the best value in town for the genre.
They also make take outs and I believe they even deliver. This guy is committed to building a great name for himself and it shows.
