I am a regular visitor of the Ghent chess café (note: there are similar asian wok restaurants under the same label in other cities such as Leuven). No surprise then; I do like their food and service. At this price level (wok lunch around 10-12 EUR), I think the restaurant provides excellent value for money.
In the evening, it gets more expensive and you're forced to choose an "all you can eat" formula at 17-20 EUR. (Very) late in the evening, there used to be a "wok the night" option with a single pass at the buffet for 10 EUR, but I'm not sure that still exists. And since I got refused the single pass (and 10 EUR price tag) around 9PM a couple of times, I have decided not to go there in the evening anymore.
Occasionally, they also organize "after work" parties. Which explains the DJ booth opposite of the bar of course... Good fun with a quick bite.
