Parked outside too early to check in, but treated well.
On return from city nearby, found the room near the lift. This is a rabbit warren & you may need help with your cases, particularly if you haven't discussed room in advance.
The room was very comfortable with all mod cons.
Dined in the steak house. Was it good. It was magnificent. Saturday night in March In Namur means locals only & it was packed. The service was friendly, the atmosphere electric & the steak to die for!
Breakfast was fine too the next day.
Stay & eat here if in Namur!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, a quiet environment in the historical centre of the City. Rooms are very large, with jacuzzi and separate shower cabin.
Prices not cheap, but reasonable considering the value you get in return. Two restaurants (sic!) give you plenty of opportunity to choose from simple lunch to expensive, but high class, dinner. Wines are excellent and selected by Grafé-Lecocq, the local expert in French wines (try - like I did - the Pinot Noir from Pays d'Oc).
Breakfast is very traditionally Belgian (not outrageously proteinic), but excellent. I definitely recommend it.

Room Tip: Ask for a room accessible through the elevator, although I'm not sure they are the best...but st...

The room was very large, with basic fittings and furnishings. The bathroom a little dated but clean and with a nice whirlpool bathtub. Check-in and check-out were efficient and the night porter very helpful when we asked for a fan (it was very hot). While we would normally seek to dine outside hotels, in this case the "Grill" on the first floor of the building is an excellent choice and highly recommended. If you think of the hotel as "rooms upstairs from the restaurant" you will not be disappointed.

If you're in Namur, stay here! The rooms are a delight, the staff incredibly friendly, the location near everything.
We got upgraded on our first night to one of their suites - it was insanely cool! Nooks, crannies, a winding staircase to a huge bathroom with a sauna!!! The next night, our regular room was also amazing - cozy without feeling claustrophobic, super-clean, quirky, and just great.
A memorable as well as totally above-par place to stay! Enjoy!

The hotel is made up of several houses joined together. So it iinvolves a bit going up and down on stairs to the different rooms (I am not sure how this works out for physically handicapped people; maybe they have special rooms).
The hotel is in a quiet back street. Apparently the restaurant below is the best in Namur. It is well located, some 15 minutes walking from the railway station.
Every room is different (see the homepage of the hotel). My room was very nice, with a private jacuzzi and sauna which, unfortunately, I did not have time to use. The room was quiet and well isolated. I was alone, so the reception promised me one big bed, but I got two twin beds. Well, OK.
The breakfast was fine and the personnel was friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: Every room is different !! Really !!! Look at their homepage !!!

Stayed here in early May as part of our annual golf tour. The hotel is situated down a back street and is a bit difficult to find so take a good map or an up to date sat nav. My room was at he top of the building (which consists of serveral old buildings and warehouses all combined) in the roof area. There was plenty of space but it was starting to feel tired. Everything worked but the window blinds stuck closed, the bath tiles were getting a bit grubby with a few cracked tiles etc. As a result of it's build, the hotel is quite a rabbit warren with lots of stairs and corners to negotiate (not easy if you are less able)
Position is quite good bring only a short walk to the town centre with plenty of restuarants and bars to while the evening away.

Positives
Free car parking, though only limited spaces
Free Wi-Fi (Yipee!)
Good continnetal breakfast (€10)

Negatives
Starting to feel a little tired and would benefit from a bit of a makeover

Room Tip: Ask about access to the rooms if you are less able, there are lifts but you may still need to negoti...
