As others have noted, the area in front of the hotel is under construction. It is still quite easy to reach from the train station--at most a 5 minute walk. The rooms are recently renovated, quite spacious, and offer all the amenities. Breakfast not included, cost €10/person--a bit pricey but nicer than what's available in the surrounding area. The wi-fi did go out one day during our stay, which the desk stated was caused by the outside construction, but still an inconvenience. The front desk did provide good recommendations for restaurants and stores in the area, including a place to buy a new curling iron (an unexpected "emergency"!). The prices for the rooms are very reasonable. If you like quiet--at least until the construction is over--I would recommend asking for a room not facing the street. Ours faced an interior courtyard and was very peaceful. If ever in Liege again, I would definitely stay here again.
