a real nice place to visit and relax, you can see snakes, butterflies, leopards etc. but none of them will scare you like the bill whe you order 2 glases or “house white wine” which turn out to be Mexican, and they charged at 25 dlls a glass. The hole bottle in my country is 10 dlls!!!!

The waterfalls alone were my reason for visiting. The trails were in great shape which allowed me to walk around and visit all of the waterfalls and see the entire park. There are many different species of animals but their enclosures were a bit small so that was sad to see. They deserve more space so they aren't feeling trapped in a small glass box. The buffet lunch wasn't worth the money either. It's typical American food you could find at any restaurant in the states. I was hoping for more authentic Costa Rican dishes.

Overall, the views of the jungle and waterfalls made this visit worth it.

This is a very nice combination of animals and waterfalls. A short drive (1 hour) from San Jose. You can observe toucans very closely here. Staffs here are great! Almost everyone smiles. Pablo was very friendly and he explained to us many knowledge about the toucans. We have learned a lot from him. We really enjoyed the tour here and definitely recommend here!
