As a waterfall enthusiast this is a must see. One of the most beautifully privately owned parks in the world. It is pricey at nearly $50 a person, but worth every penny. We stayed at the adjacent Peace Lodge so fortunately entry was included for everyday of our stay.
This was our second trip to La Paz. The first was in Feb. of 2007. At that time we had no idea the property existed until we stumbled upon a brochure and decided to make a side trip from Manual Antonio while returning to SJO. The park closes early so we had limited time to sightsee, hence the reason we returned on this trip.
The landscape is beautiful, the waterfalls are even better. The trails are well developed. The animal habitats, with the exception of the big cats, are decently sized.
Worth a day trip and even an overnight at Peace Lodge since entry is included.
