I had a few dinners at San Daniele and all of them turned to be excellent and amazing moments, far beyond any food I had so far. The Spinelli family runs this one-star place as great professionals and turn out dinner into a great experience, from service to food and wines. Franco is a magician, using the very best products to serve humble though exceptional dishes. I would certainly recommend tuna carpaccio, Saint-Jacques and Tuscan beef. Sea bass is the ultimate experience, served by Antonio and his fantastic stories. As for wines, trust Stefano's art to make the best selection for you. Last but not least: Francine is the nicest barmaid (and boss!) in town. Who runs the world? Grils!
