You will not find food like this anywhere in Italy: a fine national cuisine destroyed by adapting it to ideas of local taste. I tried to avoid the worst excesses by choosing a simple penne arrabbiata and just about recognised the pasta with ubiquitous red sauce as vaguely Italian. With the exception of one cheerful South American, the waiters look down their noses at the customers, barely disguising their disdain. To be avoided by anyone who appreciates real Italian food.
