A pleasant, comfortable, full of human contact. Located downtown close to public transportation, most cartteristici the city, their B & B offers rooms tastefully decorated, clean, quiet. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. Dominique and Armel welcome their guests with friendly professionalism and do not fail to inform / advise on cultural events and restaurants of every taste and quality. With sympathy and discretion are the icing on the cake. I strongly recommend this address where we will return no doubt.

This is an extraordinary haven - a chance to stay in a sophisticated and comfortable city-centre flat that is the home of a charming couple. It couldn't be less like staying in a hotel. It's - frankly - also faultless. (It reminded me of an upmarket b & b experience back home in Scotland. Brilliant breakfast.) To be honest, I really do wonder why I am writing this in case it gets too popular and we won't be able to stay there on our next Brussels trip.

Room Tip: Just two rooms - peaceful enough considering it's in the city

When we arrived, we'd been on a 9-hour flight, then gotten stuck behind two different major road-closing accidents while driving over from Amsterdam that turned that drive into 6 hours, instead of 2. As soon as we rang the bell, Dominique greeted us warmly, and made us a cup of coffee to relax. At that point, we were smitten. The welcome we received was only the beginning of one of the best stays we've ever had.

Room was very comfortable, with plenty of space and light. The bed and pillows were perfect, and the bathroom was large and lovely (rainshower shower head). There was even a small washer in the water closet. We stayed in the room that fronts the street, and it got a bit loud on the weekends, but was better with the window closed. Wifi in some areas.

Location is perfect - it's a 5-minute walk to the Grand Place, just behind St. Michael Cathedral and centrally located for anything else. We walked everywhere and had no trouble. Tip: do NOT bring a car - the streets are hard to navigate (even with GPS, because it doesn't catch up quick enough when you can't turn on a one-way street, etc) and parking is very expensive. If you must bring a car, the parking lot is also right by the B&B.

Breaksfast is good: ham, cheese, boiled egg and various breads with jams.

The best part of staying here though, is the incredible hosts. Dominique and Armel are like friends by the time you leave. They really are opening up their home to you, and you feel as welcome there as at a friend's home. They have local guidebooks and maps, and have a specific map they've made that highlights their favorite restaurants. Armel is always eager to give any advice you'd like, and is very knowledgeable about the whole city. He even had a few local beers with us as we talked about our love of Belgian beer and traveling. We had a wonderful time getting to know them, and hope one day to come back to Brussels and stay with them again. This could not have been a more wonderful place to stay.

Room Tip: Best bar - Mort Subite.

My husband and I stayed at this B&B for a couple of nights during our 1M Europe trip. We knew in advance that Dominique was away on holiday and we were hosted by Armen (the husband). Armen was fantastic, very helpful and entertaining. We had a few drinks with him. Central train station is very close and Armen even helped carry our luggage and took us right up to the platform that we needed to be at. Very clean and comfortable room with separate modern bathroom with big shower. Free WI FI. Excellent location, close to central station and very close to all the main restaurants and the heart of brussels. Definitely recommend.

This has been justifiably rated as the top B&B in Brussels and I thank the previous Tripadvisor reviewers for steering us towards it. It is very well run by the lovely Dominique and Armel who do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Located close to the Brussels Central Station (about 150M) and the historical heart it provided us with great base to explore this surprisingly beautiful city. Breakfast was great and despite our protests our hosts got up early to help us catch an early train. If available request the twin room which is at the back as the double room facing street can be noisy at the weekends.

Room Tip: Choose the twin bedroom as it is quieter and bigger

This B&B is located right in Grand Place and is a very central location for a first time trip to Brussels. You don’t have to spend money on transportation within the city because of this location. The B&B is in walking distance to all the major sights in Brussels. If you are taking day trips to Bruges, Antwerp and Ghent, the Central Station is a five minute walk from the B&B. The hosts of the B&B, Dominique and Armel are very welcoming from the moment you request the room via e-mail to your arrival in person. They have a beautiful home and we stayed in the Geisha Room. The beds are super comfortable with firm mattresses after a long day of walking and sightseeing. The room was spotless and bathroom too, which was cleaned every day. The breakfast served every morning was fresh and with the cutest hand made trinkets. There was a variety of foods which include baguettes, croissants, cheese and boiled eggs with the niftiest egg contraption. The yogourt is freshly home made by Dominique and is 100% organic. Armel provided many resources such as tour books and maps in both English and French. Also, his recommendations for bars, restaurants and directions were much appreciated. If you're looking for a great beer, try Mort Subite which is the best raspberry beer I had in Europe. Dominique provides bathroom amenities if you have forgotten anything on your travels. They even had a scale to weigh our luggage. It is a very quiet B&B, especially at night. The free Wi-Fi also assisted in communicating with friends and family and planning our next leg of our trip. Great work Dominique & Armel!

Room Tip: Take into account location & book early!

great location, close to the square, but away from the noise. Nice patio to sit on after a hard day of walking. Breakfast was hearty with soft boiled eggs, cheeses, bread, and fruit.
They gave us lots of recommendations and information.

Room Tip: book as far in advance as possible
