Found this restaurant by chance, just wandering around the Grand Place.
A small (cosy) restaurant with a surprisingly wide choice of dishes.
Food was tasty and well cooked, with some free appetisers, which meant we had no room for dessert.
Atmosphere was excellent, with friendly and welcoming staff and some pleasant musical entertainment.
Only crticism would be the price of wine which I think is a little expensive.
Will definitely go back.

We had been searching for a decent restaurant in and around the Grand Place and this one looked OK. We entered via an entrance off a side street not realising that the main entrance was on the Grand Place!.

The restaurant is 'L' shaped and the longer bit of the 'L' is quite narrow however they still managed to shoehorn in a large number of tables.

We were shown to our table quickly and efficiently and ordered fairly quickly. Two small dishes of complimentary appertisers (small meatballs {very nice}, goats cheese, some vegetables and bread were served). Main dish came quickly and was hot and tasty. My companion's chicken was good, my lamb dish not so (I know lamb can be a fatty meat but this was a little over the norm). Rice and potatoes were served ona seperate plate

As always with restaurants in and around the Grand Place, they're pricey, we had two main dishes, a beer and a mineral water and it was around Euro 42 (almost £40) - almost Rome prices!!

The owner/manager approached us after our plates had been cleared to offer a complimentry drink which was nice of him.

Overall, OK but not great

We received a recommendation from a local vendor to eat here in the evenings. It is on the main square. The service was great, and when we had to leave early they made sure to take care of our every need. I would recommend this place to anyone. The baklava was fantastic!
