Nice caffe-restaurant. The food was really good. We had two tomato soups, two main courses (belgian specialitates) and two beers for 40 euros. It is really crowded during the lunchtime so waiters are in hurry, but polite.

We dropped in for Waffles and Coffees and found this Café to be very popular with efficient service and a good mix of local and international customers. The location on Rue d'Arenberg near Galeries St-Hubert was great. Recommend this Café for a brunch or light lunch but the tables are very 'compact' so don't visit if you want plenty of space around you :-)

I have gone to Arcadi for years. The place has a lot of character. Foodwise the attraction is the quiches and desserts, the rest is average. One problem at Aracadi is that the place can be very cramped, they really use every inch, to the point that you can be uncomfortably close to other customers. The second main problem is that the service can be very erratic and is decreasing in quality in my opinion. Last week, for the first time ever, we just left the restaurant without even ordering after a rude remark by a young waiter. Probably won't go there as often.

I visited brussels over the weekend and to be an ex resident i know there are plenty places to go for a good meal. I've stayed in the best western hotel which offered breakfast as well for 15 euro pp. I decided to try arcadi which is supposed to be infamous under locals and tourist alike. Ow boy i wish i had taken the hotel breakfast instead. I ordered the 2 eggs breakfast and asked if i could get cheese on it (which cost 1,50 extra) it included coffee and fresh orange juice. I must say there was nothing wrong with the fresh oj. But i am wondering how a restaurant can mess up something simple as 2 baked sunny side up eggs. The bread looked dirty and tasted old, the eggs where overbaked and superoily and they used a smelly grosse cheese called gruyere instead of regular cheese. I thought the cheese was spoiled it smelled so disgusting so i asked the waiter what was wrong with my cheese and eggs. He told me that i just dont like that type of cheese. Ok? My friend ordered a croissant and he got a pain au chocolat. That is not a croissant! Anyways my overall experience was bad. The breakfast was ow so disappointing i ended up not consuming any of it and paying 8,50 for it. I had a wonderful breakfast after at le pain qoutidien further in the gallery.

Really liked this place, had a lovely atmosphere and the food was very tasty with very big portions! Very acceptable house wine, that cost 2:90 euros a glass. Went back later on the same day to try a pudding, and the only disappointing thing was not being able to finish it! it was very very nice. Arcadi Café is located on Rue d'Arenberg. on the edge of the Galeries St-Hubert, which is also very nice with lots of chocolate shops.
