“Good food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 27, 2014 via mobile

We were looking for authentic Indian food in Brussels and this came up on searches. Food was pretty good and prices are okayish. We asked for tap water and the guy said they dont serve tap water here, so we asked for bottled water. However, he brought water in a jug and charged us for that. The owner is from Mumbai and came to Brussels 4 years ago. Overall - good food. I can go there again.

“Good food, good prices”

This isn't my favorite restaurant of all time, but it is a good stop if you're in Brussels. It's also pretty good price wise as well--between myself and my fiancé, we got two entrees, naan and mango lassi for about €35. The only issue we had was that we had trouble getting clean drinking glasses--the one at my fiance's place was dirty, so he tried to swap it out with one of the other two on our table, which were also smudged. However, the food was great, and the lassi was spectacular!

“Ok, not good enough. ”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 23, 2014 via mobile

Restaurant is small with more tables. so bit crowded. Food wise OK. we ordered bhindi masala, it wasn't good. The gravy was far less, more bhindi only. Not very far from where we stayed(Yser). Service was good. But waiting time was bit to much.

“Great food, friendly service ”

Very good Indian food. Been to many places (including others in Brussels) and this is my vote for Brussels area Indian food.

Make sure you order rice (I guess not included in with many items).

Garlic and regular naan very good.

Tandoori prawns starter were the best!

“Still The Best Indian Food In Brussels!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 20, 2014

This is the second time we have eaten at this restaurant, the first time was in 2012. We arrived around 7:30 on a Thursday and it turned out to be just in time as they had to turn people away because they were so busy. The food is excellent and the service is friendly and professional. Whatever you do, don't miss out on the pompadons and chutneys. The pickle chutney that you usually cant eat at other Indian restaurants is quite delicious here. We ordered the veg. samosa which was okay. We also ordered a plain naan which was quite tasty. I ordered the chicken madras which was spicy and flavorful. My wife ordered the chicken dansak which was delicious. We had the pilou rice with our meals and washed it all down with ice cold cobra beers. This is a busy restaurant so try to go early or book a reservation, you will not be disappointed.
