Saw this reccomended in the brussels 'use-it' guide for young people. We went on the 19th July 2013 just before the owner headed off for her summer holidays-so make sure to check ahead if visiting soon as it may be still be closed. The restaurant was very charming and quaint, and the owner was so lovely and welcoming, spoke English and happy explain what the dishes were. As she was due to close in an hour's time, the owner apologised that there was only the dish of the day available which was a tasty fish casserole with red and green peppers served with rice. Never felt hurried at all even though she was due to close. For €8 it was extremely good value and very filling but nevertheless delicious! Would definitely reccommend for an authentic French/Belgian culinary experience and a hearty lunch in the city!
