We spent a long weekend in Brussels and this was easily the best meal of our visit. It was also the first time I have tried the Belgian dish Waterzooi, which is similar to the French Bouillabaisse, but more creamy than stocky. Really delicious!
The restaurant is near the Sablon area, about a 10 minute walk uphill from the centre. But it's well worth the effort and a welcome change from some of the tourist traps around the Grand Place.
