There are 2 categories of viet restaurants - There's Vietnamese Street Food (e.g. Pho etc) and there's Vietnamese Fine Dining. This restaurant is more geared to fine dining.
I found the dishes to be fusion vietnamese. Very nice and fairly priced as well. The owner was very friendly and recommended dishes and a number of entrees. You could tell he wanted patrons to appreciate the dish, rather than just eat alot.
Was really happy with the food and service, so we returned the following evening to try other dishes on the menu (flaming beef dish and duck curry) - did not disappoint. I'd happily revisit this place again if I am in the area.
