“OMG.... Poor staff”
Reviewed March 23, 2014

Yesterday we wanted go to eat there for brunch. We enter ask the waitress where we can sit and she just show us a table. So we sit there and we start to wait. The restaurant was no crowded at all. 2 waitresses passed in front of us many many times. After 28 minutes (seriously), we decide do go out because we didnt receive even menu for see what we will order. We finally went to eat a L'Amour Fou. Pity because food looks tasty and healthy there but like we did not manage to get even menu carte we can not rate food only the service.

“Didn't eat in”
Reviewed February 3, 2014

We popped in here to get a waffle as there was a sign on the window to say they did them. It seemed very busy in the restaurant. We asked if they would sell us a waffle to go and they obliged. They weren't freshly made, it came out of the freezer, but they heated it up and then used sugar and melted chocolate on it. It was delicious. I will have to compare to a fresh waffle next time I go to Brussels but it satisfied the waffle craving I had at the time. It cost around €3.

“Tasty but (really) poor service..”
Reviewed November 30, 2013

The title says it all.. Sure, food is tasty BUT the service... OMG! I went there two times. Two times, the service was totally disappointing. No smiles, slow. Everything is deplorable at this level. Just read the comments below and you'll know.. Never again till they change the waitresses.

“Slow service”
Reviewed October 6, 2013 via mobile

This is my second review. This time it was the 4 of us, the place wasn't so busy. The food was good, all we got was the breakfasts menus. The main complaint is the fact that everything comes little by little. It was the 5 of us with 2 sucré-salé menus, and 2 salé. First the drinks, a while later the breads and vienoiseries, then the oeufs à la coque, and finally the plates of cheese/ham for the salty menus. That took a long time for everything to get to the table, and the only thing that requires cooking is the eggs !

“Great breakfast”
Reviewed September 3, 2013 via mobile

We went there on a quiet early Sunday morning. We got a sweet and a salty breakfast. Everything came little by little, which was good because we were starving and couldn't wait for the whole thing to come at once.
My sweet breakfast was great, fresh squeezed orange juice, traditionnal hot chocolate and baguette, plenty of Nutella. I hadn't had oeuf à la coque in ages, it was nice. The viennoiserie was good too.
The savoury one comes with a plate of ham, nicely presented.
We were really full when we left, and each menu was only around 8.5€ which is really cheap considered the amount of food.
We will be back !
